Conservative Essex County Council announce plans to remove North Hill Pedestrian Crossing

Sir Bob Russell has launched a scathing attack on County Councillor Rodney Bass. Sir Bob (who is a former Chairman of the All-Party Parliamentary Road Safety Group) has described Mr Bass as "the most dangerous councillor in the country".
